Karim has been working in technology for the past 15 years’. Since 2011 he has focused his passion in technology recruitment working with start-ups through to large enterprises with a bent towards Development and Architecture practices.

He has genuine passion and depth across a broad range of technologies, he finds helping Australian business through change and growth extremely rewarding. Each day he finds himself learning and continues to evolve with the market. Karim believes in true partnerships with his clients and candidates, this has seen him build long term meaningful relationships and he continues to help his community through both hiring as a line manager as well as search as a candidate.
