Conor has over 15 years’ recruitment experience in the technology market. He started his career as an aspiring Jazz saxophonist and teacher, but very quickly realised that the life of a struggling musician has its merits but also wouldn’t have awarded him the great opportunities he has had within his life as a technology recruitment consultant both in Ireland and Australia.

His initial focus was on Development and Design moving more into Architecture and Strategy as he wanted to understand not just how things are built and designed but how that underpins long term strategic technology planning around people, process and technology, and the C -levels role and responsibilities around that vision. Having a growing, demanding family, Conor appreciates the change in individual circumstances through the various stages of life. He feels that he offers a sympathetic and empathetic ear to people from all walks of life across different stages.
